Yesterday former industry minister Tofael Ahmed expressed his anger about the service of Grameen Phone at the national parliament. He said, line dropping while talking is common for Grameen Phone, we need to dial 3 to 4 times to complete a conversation. Many of his colleague’s experience are the same. He also complained to Grameen Phone, but noting has happened. This mobile operator is circulating many attractive advertisements but it seems no step is taken to improve its network

The former minister also said many of his colleagues have requested him so that he talks about in the parliament.

Later the speaker of the parliament urged the company to take necessary steps.

It is our habit to criticize government organizations. So many of us frequently criticize state owned mobile operator Teletalk. But in some cases service of private operators are worser than Teletalk. Media does not report that, advertisement may be a reason.
